OEM radio presents original electronic music recordings via a Shoutcast™ internet radio station. OEM Radio is a free, zero-profit endeavor. The radio stream broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year - free. The stream broadcasts at 128kbit, so you will need DSL, Cable Modem, or a faster connection in order to tune in. We are working on starting a lower bandwidth stream in the near future.
The music content is wide ranging in terms of genre: you will hear ambient, IDM, downtempo, breakbeat, dub, glitch, minimal techno, psychedelic chill, and many other not-so-easily categorized sounds. OEM Radio plays listening music and not dance music. OEM Radio seeks to bring original electronic music and recording artists that are underexposed to a wider audience.
All the music played on OEM Radio has been submitted by the artists who wrote & recorded it, or the record labels that release it. OEM Radio exists solely for the benefit of the artists and labels who contribute their work, and the audience who enjoys it.
